We apologize for the inconvenience. If you have any urgent issues that need to be addressed during the public holiday, please get in touch with the 24/7 Google support team directly. Please follow the steps below to contact the Google support team. We appreciate your cooperation:
- Click “Support” in the Admin Console to open the support screen.
- Click “Contact Support” at the bottom and provide a brief description of the situation you are facing.
- The screen will display the support options or ask you to contact your reseller. Please decline these options and continue. At this point, a “Problem not resolved, contact support” button will appear. Click the button, and a phone number and PIN code will be displayed. Dial the phone number to contact the Google support team.
